La Gamella is a contemporary classic that responds to the challenges of today’s international gastronomy, fusing the best of American and Spanish cuisine. Our bistro-inspired dishes are the culinary signature of the restaurant, since we opened more than twenty years ago. Most of our dishes change with the seasons in order to offer you the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Others have become our classics and a reference point for our clients, such as the Caesar salad, steak tartare with a drop of Jack Daniels, and American burgers, which many consider the best in the city.
